CROSSFIT GROUP TRAINING

Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this 1-hour class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

Classes are Monday to Friday

  • 5:15am
  • 6:30am
  • 9:30am
  • 5:00pm
  • 6:00pm

and Saturdays at 7:00am

ZAZEN MEDITATION

Zazen means “sitting meditation.” It is being oneself, with nothing extra, in harmony with the way things are. It is the simple practice of looking directly at life as it is. It is being aware of one’ s true feelings and thoughts in each moment.

COUCH TO CROSSFIT

Our Couch to CrossFit program is an informational and instructional course designed for anyone new to CrossFit. In our C2CF sessions, we will use simple movements to achieve sustainable and consistent results! You will learn the basic movements, get familiarised with proper mechanics and technique and get your body primed to join our group classes. We guarantee you’ll finish the program feeling motivated, stronger, faster and healthier. This course is designed to ensure your success and to give the coaches an opportunity to really assess the beginning of your journey. We offer this program in 6 sessions, 1 hour/each, planned and scheduled around your time in order to offer flexible options.

BARBELL CLUB

Our Barbell Club follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength, or want to pursue lifting as a sport, this barbell class is for you.

Fraser Coast Fit Kids.

Mini’s – 4-7yrs | Teens – 8-17yrs

Our Fraser Coast Fit Kid classes are a strength and conditioning program designed for youth to improve their athleticism and assist them to progress in their sport. We aim to enhance sporting performance and general fitness through mixed modality training, proper nutrition and quality coaching.

The program is formatted around our CrossFit group program and typically involves the following:

  • Workout specific warm up
  • Technique training around correct movements
  • Energy System training
  • Professional coaching from Certified coaches
  • Mobility techniques to reduce injury risk
  • Strength and conditioning

When : Mini’s 3.30pm – 4:00pm | Teens 4:00pm – 5:00pm > Every Tuesday & Thursday.

In today’s busy world, it’ s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. Fraser Coast CrossFit offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.
