These are the coaches that will help you transform your body, mind and life! With a mix of passion, compassion and insight, our trainers use their years of experience to tap into your deepest motivations and get you to your goals. Using our proprietary Fraser Coast Fitness Methodology, our coaches combine personal training and CrossFit methods to give you great results and the best hour of your day.

ROB ATTENBOROUGH

Owner/Coach

Rob Attenborough says he’ll never get tired of helping people improve. He’s passionate about helping his members become the best version of themselves and achieve things they never thought possible. “Every session is a chance to make our members smile, laugh, sweat and feel great,” he says. “It is a great feeling knowing that you are with them during the best hour of their day.”

Rob has played in the Queensland Schoolboys Rugby League, touch football, cricket, squash and athletics, and the St. George Dragons Development Squad. “I became a CrossFit coach because I enjoyed helping people change their lives through fitness, and CrossFit is the best methodology and environment to do that,” he says.

SARA CONNORS

Coach

Sara Connors has eight years of experience in gym-based body sculpting and four years of CrossFit under her belt, and she uses that experience to help her athletes get stronger, leaner bodies while having a blast! Sara specializes in muscle gain, fat loss, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and body transformation. Her favorite quote is “Yesterday is history. Tomorrow a mystery. But today is a gift, that is why it is called the present!”

NICK LE ROUX

Coach

Nick Le Roux thrives on watching people achieve their goals and accomplish what they may think is impossible. “My passion is to coach, guide, support, push and strengthen those committed to being the best they can be,” he says.

Nick comes from a very active athletic background, playing footy, cricket and many other sports as a child. He has represented Australia in outrigger canoe paddling at several world competitions including the 2016 Va’a World Sprints, where he was chosen for the Australian men’s elite team. He also coached the Australian u19 women’s team.
